HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
If you are a registered member, you can also select ‘My Account’ and check your order status under the ‘Order History’ tab
Standard orders generally ship out within 3 business days, and expedited orders will ship out the same day if placed by 11AM (PST) Mondays through Fridays.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED ANY CONFIRMATION EMAILS. WHAT’S UP WITH THAT?
Sorry about that! It’s possible the email went straight to your bulk/spam folder, or we may have an incorrect email address on file.
But no worries, just contact us @ sunflowersandrhymes@gmail.com and we will verify whether your order was placed and re-send any confirmation emails.
